I201 – Iron Foundry.  Gray/ductile iron to 900 pounds in all standard alloys.  All green sand molding.  Two automated horizontally parted molding lines with automatic handling.  Two cope and drag lines with flask size to 38”x38”.  Two electric 3 metric ton furnaces.  Sales $5 million, profitable.  Southwest location.

 

I208 – Iron Foundry.  Gray/ductile/ni-hard iron to 18,000 pounds. Both green sand and no-bake molding.  Two electric furnaces plus low cost cupola melting.  Flask size to 144”x144”. Sales $5 million, breakeven.  Ideally located to serve the Northeast and MidWest.  Absentee ownership desires to sell.

 

I215 - Iron Foundry/Steel Fabrication.  Gray iron and fabricated steel proprietary product line.  Municipal castings and fabrications provided to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.  Green sand molding to 56”x80”.  Low cost cupola melting.  Sales $1.5 million.  Capacity in excess of $10 million.  Located in the Northeast.

 

A401 – Aluminum/Pewter.  Green sand aluminum proprietary product line.  Consumer products sold throughout the U.S.  Over 2,000 unique products.  Automated and squeezer molding.  Sales $1.3 million, breakeven.  Located in the Northeast.

 

A410 – Aluminum/Zinc.  Die casting to 900 tons.  Most die casting is done in fully automated cells.  Primarily automotive (80%).  Non-union.  Sales $30 million.  EBITDA $4 million.  Located in the Midwest.

 

 

Buyers Seeking

These buyers will pay all our fees. There are no fees to the seller.

 

B413 – Brass/Bronze/Aluminum.  Buyer is seeking low volume work – primarily squeezer and cope & drag.  Leaded o.k.  Prefer to buy work but will consider buying entire foundry.  Should be located in the Midwest or work can be transferred to a Midwest Location.

 

M421 – Turnaround Opportunities.  Buyer specializing in turn arounds. Any metal but especially interested in steel.  Currently own four foundries.  Any location in the U.S.  Sales should be $5 million or greater.
